What is the best type of sea defence?

I think the best sea defence is the Sea Wall because it helps to block any powerful waves from coming in. It's definitely NOT Beach Nourishment because that has soft rock and the powerful waves will cause it crumble and the soft rock wears away easily.

That's what I think anyway.
