When did Neil Armstrong go to colledge?

Neil Armstrong attended Purdue University, where he enrolled in 1947 after being awarded a NASA scholarship. He earned a degree in aeronautical engineering in 1955. Following his time at Purdue, he also attended the University of Southern California, where he completed a master's degree in aerospace engineering in 1970.
