Why sr 71 fighter jets are not used by other NATO countries or speed of sr71 is just a hoax?

The Blackbird was the king of airplane back in those days. Only 32 were made. 12 were destroyed in accidents. It was the fastest airplane and it was no hoax. You don't have to be too smart to realise why no other country had the plane.
