Although i highly recommend you read the " land of the dead" here is the answer!The three ghosts which Odysseus meets are Elpenor, Anticlea, and Tiresias. Elpenor: Odyssyeus listens to Elpenor's story and promises him a proper burial. Anticlea: Odysseus is somewhat shocked because he was unaware of her death in his absence. He weeps, but does not speak to her. Tiresias: Odysseus offers sacrifices to Tiresias and listens to his predictions.
