Who designed the Girl Guide uniform?

For the most part, the national Girl Guide/Girl Scout organizations design the uniforms for their organization. Many of them use a scout shirt rather than design a whole uniform.

For GirlGuiding UK, Girl guides wear practical clothing, originally designed by Baden-Powell and his sister. With an overall blue color, this has developed over the years into a modern uniform designed by Ally Cappellino.
