How much should you charge to help someone move?

I have been moving furniture for two years. Started at nine bucks and hour, then decided i would walk if i didn't get at least ten, that was after a year. So they agreed with me to pay ten. Over all ten seems like a good place to start, if you are moving anything larger than sofas you should hold out for at least 12. I have been moving things anywhere from small tables and chairs, to sofas and TV entertainment centers and office furniture(the big stuff, 200-400 pounds desks and consoles with hutches). So hold out for atleast 10 if you only move chairs and sofas, but get move when it comes to the big stuff, you need it to pay for all your medical bills when you get older for the time you broke your body and back.
