Can you find information about the artist P Rambert?

I myself have been looking for the same answers. I do have another painting that is almost identical to my P. Rambert and it is signed Emerson! Identical paintings but, by two different painters. I'm at a loss. It is possible that it could be from an Art School? If so there highly advanced! It's also possible that my emerson is William Otto Emerson. But, I haven't confirmed it yet.
