its hard to answer your question because i dont know your age but there is really no right weight for a person, if you think you over weight because of what you see on the scales you can be sadly mistaken, you may be likeme and have hardly any fat on my body and im 5.5ft but i weight 12 stone, i have heavy bones and a big heart i like to say but im still big because of my muscels. dont put yourself down because of what you read on the scales, its what you see in the mirror andif you like it that dont pay attention to what weight you " should " be .
