Im 15 and i got it done about a month ago.

Its just a little pinch. Does make your eye water, as it is near your eye i suppose lol.

Well i suppose its all about how YOU can take pain.

but really, it does not hurt. at all!

You are having a needle forced through skin in a way that wasn't intended by nature, so pain will be involved at some point. However, it is neither extreme nor as bad as other types of piercing.
