What mountain ranges is larger Adirondacks or Catskills?

The Adirondacks are considerably larger and taller. Without checking, I believe the Catskill's Hunter Mt. and Slide Mt. are the only ones above 4,000 feet. The Adirondacks have 43 (one directly at 4,000 ft.).
