What states allow tattooing at the age of 16?

At 16, you're still growing. If you get tattooed now, you'll only end up with a distorted, crooked one later. One you'll need to put even MORE $ into down the road fixing or covering it. Believe me, Im a tattooist. Theres reasons you have to be 18. Theres resposibility that 16 yr olds aren't capable of. Just wait. You'll be glad you did.
