Can you get pregnant as soon as you come off the contraceptive injection?

I'm not sure if I understand the question. I assume you mean "Can you become pregnant if your partner pulls out before ejaculation?" The answer is Yes! Some fluids are released before the actual ejaculation, and that can carry some sperm with it. The only safe sex is No sex- using a condom or other Birth Control is safer, but not 100% safe.
