This is a rather tricky question, there were some dollar coins minted in 1964 which have the Peace Dollar design, however, all of them were supposed to have been melted down and none have been independently confirmed and owning them is technically illegal. However, in recent years there have been 1964 fantasy silver dollars which many times don't have "COPY" stamped into them because there are supposed to be no 1964 silver dollars in existence. So as for finding the value I'd do a few things:
1. If it says "COPY" anywhere on your coin, it is a reproduction and only has value for its precious metal content (if it has any)
2. If it isn't the Peace Dollar design, it is a fantasy piece and only has value for its precious metal content (if any)
3. If it is the Peace Dollar design and it has no "COPY" anywhere on the coin, it still could be a copy and only worth its precious metal content (if any)
4. It is very, very, very, unlikely it is a real 1964 silver dollar, but if it is, it is worth a lot of money but is illegal to sell (or even possess). If you have any questions about your coin take it to a coin dealer, they will be able to tell you what it is, what metal it is made out of and what it is worth.
