If you smoked cigarettes at the first 2 or 3 weeks of your pregnancycan it cause a miscarriage?

Smoking is not known to cause miscarriage. There should not be any harm to the fetus at that stage. Smoking is known to cause low birth weight in babies, and increased heart rate in the fetus.
