Is Dannon's Light and Fit Carb Control product really considered a true yogurt - the carton shows yogurt comparisons but never really says this IS real yogurt?

I looked at the ingredients and it does not have yogurt as an ingredient but it feels like yogurt. any ways its pretty much a smoothie i consider it a creamy yogurt.
