In which part of Vietnam are Fred perry trainers made?

Fred Perry trainers are proudly made in Ho Chi Minh city. This, of course used to be called Saigon before the fall of the Southern Vietnamese regime. Fred Perry trainers, socks, and shoes are made at two factories in and near the city. These factories also employ nearly 200 workers.
