Differences between travelator and escalator

Escalator usually takes us to different level of stairs. For Ex: 1st floor to 2nd floor or vice vera.

But travelator is used for same level or little inclined. Mainly used for little longer distance than where escalator is used. For Ex: One building to another, in airports
