How do you remove the rear windshield wiper arm and motor on a 07 Toyota rav4?

Look at the wiper near the shaft end. You will see a separation in the plastic. Squeeze the sides outward and remove the short plastic piece to expose the nut holding the wiper arm to the shaft. Remove the nut and install new wiper. What does the manual say? "Reverse the process to install. Good Luck.
