Social problems during queen Victoria's reign lead to?

I'm personally not a fan of Wilson and Fisher patio furniture. It's a lower-end manufacturer which means you can find some cheaper priced merchandise, but you get what you pay for. The cushions are cheaply made & tend to split, while the actual furniture doesn't hold up well to heavy use.
