What are the lakes that surround Budapest?

Budapest is surrounded by several lakes, with the most notable being Lake Balaton, Hungary's largest lake, located about 100 kilometers southwest of the city. Closer to Budapest, Lake Velence is another popular destination, situated approximately 50 kilometers to the south.
