That depends on whether you want pharmaceuticals or you are willing to try alternative medicine. For starters you need to know what is causing the inflammation. If it is something that you are eating or drinking, the wisest thing to do would be to stop until the inflammation subsides. Sometimes, this cannot happen without help. No-one can diagnose "inflammation" via the iternet so, please be careful when searching for medical answers. Once diagnosed, either the Dr. or pharmacist can direct you to the appropriate remedy. Keep in mind that not all stomach problems need medicine. Sometimes, simply changing the diet and drinking more water can help resolve upset tummies. I personally (though I'm NOT a Dr.) recommend acidophilus to anyone with an upset GI tract.
