I have a '91 b2200 which recently lost power to the fuel pump. Though I wasn't able to track the problem to it's source (evidently in the ignition) I did finally find the fuel cut relay. When sitting in the drivers seat it was next to my left foot behind a plastic panel next to the door. The relay itself has 4 wires, 2 which are black with red stipes and red dashes (power to the pump) , 1 blue with yellow (not sure), 1 black with white stripe (power from ignition). Like I said, my problem was evidently in the ignition but I was able to run 12 volts directly off the battery to an on/off toggle switch (nice one from O'Reilly's, about 6 bucks with a light) mounted in a spare hole in the dash, then down to the relay. I simply snipped the black and white wire and wire nutted my power from the switch to the black and white wire going into the relay. I didn't want to bypass the relay and loose any other necessary function.

Maybe more information than you need and maybe the wrong year. Check it out, hope it helps.
