Salary of manager at vitamin shoppe?

The salary of an experienced store manager was running at around $45K plus bonuses; however, in 2008/09, many store managers are being let go in order to promote/hire new store managers at rates of around $35K or less. Additionally, bonus structures have been consistently changed over the past 4 years to result in increasingly lower bonuses for store managers, from an estimated $800-1200 per month to a mere $300-500 per month.
