Your best bet is to go to your local main branch library reference section. There, look up the Bresser's Cross Index Directory for the area where you lived, and the year. This will book will provide a listing of all street addresses, and a reverse look up for the telephone number.

If there is no Bresser's for the area you lived, try the Polk's Cross Reference Directory, or Johnson's, which may be known now as Cole's Cross Reference.

Some, not all, libraries keep back issues of the books, as new editions are added every year.

These are not the only Cross Reference Directories available; there are others. However, these are the industry standards for most major metropolitan areas and surrounding suburbs.

I have noted that the category is Mobile Phones, and cellphone numbers are not typically listed in most cross reference directories. Some do provide such. Try Polk's and Johnson's first if this is what you need.
