Why is February a romantic month?

February contains the popular holiday, Valentine's Day. The holiday is about loving each other and giving that SOMETHING to that SPECIAL SOMEBODY.

Like said above, February is host to Valentine's Day which is a romantic holiday. The only reason February has become a romantic is month is because of the holiday that happens during that month.
