Why the death penalty should be abolished?

because of the case of Derek Bently when he was hung and the obvious murderer was his 16 year old accomplice. Just because bently was old enough and was somewhat envolved with the murder and gunfight above the warehouse he was hung. reccomen watching the 15 movie ''give it to him'
