How Do you adjust 350 hydralic lifters with roller rockers hot or cold?

Doesn't matter whether it's hot or cold. Bring #1 up to tdc and adjust 1,2,5,7 intakes and 1,3,4,8 exhausts.

Rotate the engine one turn to put #6 at tdc then do the rest of the valves.
