What is a a SMART target?

A SMART target/goal has to meet the following criteria;

S . Specific (You have to set a specific goal).

M . Measurable (You have to be able to measure it's progress).

A . Attainable (The goal has to be achievable).

R . Realistic ( Be realistic, a goal must represent an objective toward which you are both willing and able to work).

T . Timely (You have to set a specific time frame).
