What year was a Maytag dryer model DE303 made?

I don't know for how many years Maytag made this model, but I believe Ipurchased mine in Fall 1981 (31.5 yrs at this writing),and it is performing like new to this day. I replaced the power cable only because of newer building codes requiring 4-prong 240V outlets, and this model originally had the 3-prong plug. That was a $20 DIY fix, but please do your homework before attempting it yourself.
