Where is the best place to train in runscape as a low level?

F2p training differs from your levels. Low level training (levels 3-20) you should train on the goblins in Lumbridge. Levels 21-35 you should train at barbarian village. Levels 36-44 you should train on falador guards. Levels 45-60 you should train on Falador White knights. Levels 60+ train on hill giants in Edgeville Dungeon.
