Did they change the paper on Marlboro cigarettes?

I believe they have changed the paper. Now it appears there is a small section about a 1/4 long (barely visible) indented into the paper, that causes the cigarette to burn slower or even almost go out. Sometimes there are two of these little sections. In my opinion it makes the cigarette taste awful (which is probably a good thing since they kill people). It's gotta be some sort of marketing scheme. Anyway, that's my two cents.

I been looking for a reason to quit. Thanks Marlboro!
