How do you stop your friend from being annoying?

hey, so like i dont realy think punching is the right thing to do!but my cuzin has been supper annoying thinking im her "best freind" and no offence but i absoulutly positively hate her guts-and sometimes i do wanna punch her but i realy dont think that solves the problem. im sorta tryin the lay-low type of thing and then mayb JUST MAYB she will go away but unfortunatly... i should probabley just talk to her.

i no u probably didnt wanna hear my whole back-story butrealy the truth is if u just nicely ask that person to go away or somthin i think they will get the hint.
