What are the duties of a nurse's aide?

What happen is that it is not clear what are the duties of a nurse's aide. the reason for asking this question is that I work in an environment working with mentally challenge persons and the staff have joined a union and just now management and the union will have to do negotiations and I would like to have the duties clear in writing when negotiations start.
