What is the conflict in zeely?

The conflict is that Elizabeth has to figure out wat her uncle meant when he told her to take care of something. Elizabeth and her brother went alone on a trip and because their father had hinted that something was going to happen that Elizabeth must take care of. Elizabeth's unexpected relationship with Zeely, the daughter of Nat Tayber, who rents a small part of Uncle Ross's farm, gives Elizabeth an opportunity to find out what he meant.
