First scan your IRDA license and save the copy in your desktop.

After that, upload the same to any free blogsite provided by google or Wordpress.

Save it.

Now go and have look at the address given at the addresss bar when your license copy is open online.

You can access your license online anytime you want for that just type the address in side the address bar and tap ENTER button.
