When i Plug in my ipod touch it starts to sync everything new and stuff Does that mean that everything is backed up So if i got a I phone i can have the same apps if not How do i back it up?

Yes, it backs it up, and syncs all applications automatically...To sync another phone with these same applications, go to its profile (the iphones) and go into the Applications tab, click the applications that you want synced or the sync all button, then click apply in the bottom left corner of the window. Then click sync in the same place where the Apply button was directly after you hit apply.
