Otherwise who you deny the preaching to their sins will be retained, and who you preach to, in the name of Jesus their sins will be forgiven, if they believe (of course).

We are all sinners, how can a sinner forgive another sinner of his/or her sins? Jesus said a man cannot enter the gates of heaven unless he is born again. Jesus is the only one who paid the price of our sins. He commissioned His disciples to preach or tell the gosple story so that the world would have the opportunity to have their sins forgiven.
