Who is the original owner of duffys sports grill?

When Duffy's had only a handful of restaurants, it was owned by a man named Steve (can't think of his last name), who also owned Gardens City Grille and Jupiter City Grille. The latter two restaurants closed around 2000, Steve partnered with Paul Emmett (who is still the owner), and those restaurants were turned into Duffy's Sports Grills. From there many more locations have opened.
