Thomas A. Osborn (born October 26, 1836 in Crawford County, Pennsylvania; died February 4, 1898 in Meadville, Pennsylvania) succeeded James M. Harvey as the sixth Governor of Kansas, serving between January 13, 1873 and January 8, 1877, including the whole of 1876.
