Who started CAFOD?

CAFOD, the Catholic Agency for Overseas Development, was founded in 1962 by the Catholic Bishops of England and Wales. It was established in response to Pope John XXIII's call to help those in need around the world. CAFOD works to tackle poverty and injustice in developing countries through various programs and projects.
