How do you unflag AOL mail?

To unflag an email in AOL Mail, go to your inbox and locate the flagged message. Click on the flag icon next to the email; it should change from blue to gray, indicating that the email is no longer flagged. If you want to remove the flag from multiple emails, select the messages and then click the flag icon in the toolbar. This will unflag all selected emails at once.
