To create a colored background in
Photoshop, first open your image. Then, select the "Paint Bucket Tool" from the toolbar. Choose a color from the color picker and click on the background area to fill it with the selected color. You can also create a new layer, fill it with the desired color, and position it behind your image layer for a colored background.
