I had a tattoo done on Thurs It's now Saturday and the scab is a little bit bumpy and the skin around is a little red. It's not sore oozing puss or warm to the touch but could it still be infected?

no its not infected its just healing. put a and d ointment on it to keep the scabing to a minimum.
