What is Touchwiz UI?

TouchWiz UI is a manufacturer skin by Samsung that laid over Android OS. It incorporates manufacturer-focused applications and widgets and homescreen layouts. The result is a user experience that you would only see on Samsung devices, and is much different from a stock Android experience, or what you would find from other manufacturers.
