We all know THC is absorbed deep in our fatty tissues, lipids. To detox you need to get in the mind state, that your training for a boxing match or better yet cutting down like a weightlifter before a championship. You need to move, burn calories, drink water religiously & eliminate fatty, heavy foods. The vitamin Niacin (B3) is also recommended prior to working out & doing Sauna (hot room) to assist in fat metabolism, lipid turnover.

Make a plan go to the grocery store & switch your entire diet to vegetables & fruit, wholesome products. Greens, Reds, Blues, & Apples are especially recommended. Cranberry juice, electrolytes.

Example:

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal, Fruit
  • Lunch: Fish, Fruit, Vegetable. Tomato Soup.
  • Dinner: Spinach, Fish.

Stay away from salty savory snacks, coffee, butter, milk, cheese, grapefruit & Carbs are all not recommended. you can probably get away with eating some wheat bread.. unfortunately breads/pastas are not recommended.

I feel green tea is a good detox agent, but many references said no tea... so this is up for debate.

Jogging with hooded sweatshirts, jumping jacks, push ups, sit-ups & REM Sleep.

effectively burn more calories than you intake.

I had to take a urine test for a job I applied for. I smoked weed almost every day and serveral times a day for that matter. I didn't smoke for 2 weeks and stayed on a hot red/green tea diet with milk even. I didn't do any exercise. I ended up passing, however I only weigh 130lbs and kind of slim body build. I would not suggest drink milk or intaking anything with fat. I also used a GNC 7 day detox suppliment at the same time. Maybe this will work for you but definetly suggest intaking a lot of tea, it does work at least for me.
