What is Walmart dresscode?

Blue or green shirt with sleeves, brown or khaki pants or long skirt (no shorts or short skirts). All bottoms must reach the ankles and all tops must have sleeves. No open toed shoes. Hair must be up in a hat or hairnet. Lanyards may not be worn.
