What does a blood test feel like?

It feels like getting a shot. To take a blood test is nothing more than drawing some blood, so you feel the 'stick' and then your blood flows into the tube, that's all there is to it. You don't feel anything more than the initial stick of the needle and then in about 3 seconds they remove it, put a band aid on and if you are lucky you get a sucker.
