Does weed smoking cause infection in mouth?

I'm starting to think it did to me... i need to fix this ASAP

Washing my mouth with ACV worked for a day but i started loosing skin in mouth so i have to stop ACV and I need to fix that yeast problem... pretty sure WEED dont help THRUSH cause it alter saliva...
