What is the best way to view setbacks?

The best way to look at setbacks is with a positive attitude. If you had a car accident, think "maybe the engine was going to fail anyway, i was saved because it happened now." The best thing to do is to keep moving forward with a positive attitude and realize that these things happen and they are a natural part of life.
