What goes up a mountain with four legs and comes down with three legs?

i think its not an animal but a human because the "mountain" is when your born and when u die so when u r born u need your arms to balances and when u can walk you are on top of the mountain and as u get older u need a cane to help u walk and that's when u get down from the mountain :)
